Spam - Holiday Chocolate

Tis the season where my family and I make truffles, turtles, ganache, and peppermint bark. If you would like to be on the emailing list to receive an order form, please send me a pm with that address. I hope to have the flavors finalized by today or tomorrow. Paypal and checks (to be cleared before shipping).

It looks like I'll be making:


Lemon, Bailey's Irish Cream, Deep Dark, Peanut Butter, Passion Fruit, and Mexican Chocolate truffles.

Dark and Milk Chocolate Almond and Pecan Turtles.

Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark.

Ganache will be available in whatever truffle flavors I will be making.



Orders should be ready by December 12th for shipping in time for the Holidays.

It was a family business. The business closed after a serious earthqauke condemed the building blah blah. In the future, I would like to bring the business back fulltime but until then, my family, mostly out of love since we basically break even, make chocolates every winter holiday season. I had a nice response from the board last year so I'm offering here again.

in a hypothetical scenario, i would get Baileys, deep dark, and peanut butter truffles, and the peppermint thing. i had a strange dream last nite, with the board members, we were in NY and we were all in a casting for a comedy show, but noone prepared anything, you would just go in the room and be funny somehow, invent it on the spot. i specifically remember that Echewta was in the line and he was like this tall guy with dark blondish short hair with that little thing they do in the front, sort of like james dean, and i go "hey IM ZIPPO!" but he just had this very serious anal look on his face so i just kept going. and then Will Ferrel kept giving me advice, we were close. strange, interesring, long dream. i even fled back to south america and back to ny in one day cuz i had forgotten my brush or something.

That sure is a sad story. I'm glad you're still doing it as a family to a limited extent.

My friend's new boyfriend runs a chocolate shop. It seems to me that it's in a shitty location but it stays afloat so the chocolate must be good.

The official truffle and ganache flavors for this year are Bailey's Irish Cream, Grand Marnier, Deep Dark, Lemon, Mexican Chocolate, and Peanut Butter.

I crush peppermint sticks and add it to melted chocolate, pour it out on a tray, let it set and then break into pieces. Like tree bark. Thats what they call it.
