Last night whilst driving home from work I was rocking the new greastest hit's. Just as Shake Your Rump finished and Intergalactic started a man on a bike rode right past me head to toe in reflective strips! He had them on his lid, arms and boots. He was also sporting the whole belt/brace setup. Undernearth all of this he was wearing a white boilersuit (covered in paint).
What a coincidence!

nah, he was busy whistling to himself. Plus he was about 55-60 yrs old riding up a one way street the wrong way. He might not be 'all there' if you follow! :D
