tonight.
This is the hardest job I've ever quit. Not because I have trouble leaving jobs, but because I work for family day care being a glorified babysitter I've been pretty well involved in this family's life for the past three years. Its not like quitting an office job, essentially I'm part of the family. Consequently, I'm feel like I'm about to shaft them.
So, yeah, I'm pretty nervous and not looking forward to it at all.

It's funny cause when I was a corrections officer it's just like working at a fucking daycare. Inmates act like a bunch of fuckin' kids cause they tell on each other, get in fights for telling on each other, steal food and jack off in plain view whenever a female officer is on the floor.
After two years working in the joint, I was one happy mofo when I put my 2 weeks in. Even though some of the guys were in there for selling a lil weed too many times were all right, I just got tired of all that bullshit working there and seeing their damn faces.

Yeah, hand in that notice, just do what is right for you. This is what is needed to move on and to move out. I've become emotionally attached to jobs, people places and more than a few crews on boats....but whenever I picked it up and left I always felt better.
Your going to do it!
No hard feelings either way, it's just time to go. Goood LucK!

Well, its done. It was uncomfortable and unpleasant, but its done. As of the week before Chrissy I will be a free, unemployed man. I told her that I wanted to concentrate more on uni, which wasn't entirely truthful. But you're hardly going to say that you hate the job and can't stand her kids anymore.

Wow -- that sounds kind of intense. Good luck going forward now. (y)
