the color changes quite regularly
its been white, sage green, neon peach, and orange this year already
the orange saw us through the thanksgiving and halloween festivities
its being painted dark green as we speak actually, In honor of the upcoming xmas season

someday Ill get a license, with the amount I save by not owning a car I should be the proprietor of that house not a renter but Im biding my time and my money

neon peach does exist
its what happens when a guy has a couple cans of the current orange color leftover from painting his other property
and he's cheap so he thins it out with white paint to cover the new house and this produced what can only be termed "neon peach"

congrats! that house looks like it hosts many a party and will host many more.

i've lived at 16 addresses with 20 different people. most of the experiences were decent. some; not so much. i do believe having lived with all of my friends at some point is the reason they're all more like family, than just buddies.

so your folks are empty nesters, what do they plan on doing with all that extra space?

probably just breathe deeper, My family lived/lives in the smallest house ever so really they dont have much to work with even with all my crap gone
