actually its just cool edit pro and Fruity Loops. Im just getting started with those programs but Im saving for an MPC right now and I'll start using that as well as a keyboard.

The "piano" one is the best one, but that exact Isaac Hayes/Ike's Mood sample was flipped on the first Lox album already. I liked it, though.

The "jazz" one was kinda boring to be honest.

The "aretha" one is decent, but you might wanna change it up here and there. It's kinda redundant. I'm not a big fan of the sped up soul samples anymore either. I think it's time to move on.

The thing about using Fruity Loops is to make the beats sound un-fruity loopsy. I love the piano loop a lot, but I hate the kick and snare. Go download or record some fresher sounding beats, cut them up, and use those. Preset wavs are just no good

yea most people tell me to change the snare. Thats what Im doing now. Im still workin on this so nothing is written in stone. Im trying....thanks again

I was going to say something simliar, the HipHop pack drums don't sound too great. Otherwise the beats are nice. (y)

Actually there are some decent drum sounds packaged with FL if you look hard enough. Peep the RealDrumkits pack - some better drums in there. RD_Snare_9 kicks ass.
