So basically if you want to commit a crime and not have to do the time but you're not so attractive...you just need some plastic surgery and you're good to go. :( Where will we draw the line in determining if a person is too attractive for prison?

house arrest is a pain in the ass more than anything. you have to wear the ankle monitor 24/7 and you have to be in the house when they call you. otherwise, you can do whatever the fuck you want. however, if she fucks up, the full prison sentence can be imposed. so she can't be late and she can't get in any trouble, or the judge can impose the maximum prison time she would have been sentenced to in lieu of the house arrest and probation.

she probably didn't even score mandatory prison time on her sentencing scoresheet. you have to score 44 points to get mandatory time if you aren't a prr (prison releasee reoffender), hfo (habitual felony offender) or hvfo (habitual violent felony offender). plus, if she ever fails to register over the course of her lifetime, that's a separate crime on it's own.
