Well, they've both confirmed that they've been in the studio working on it.
I heard about the Jigga thing too. I don't doubt it.
EDIT:
This (http://www.sohh.com/articles/article.php/7893) is a good sign.

I thought The Ownerz was good, so I'm not really thinking Premier fell off at all. I know he hasn't been up to much recently, but if Dre can take 7 year breaks between albums and come back, I'm sure Preem won't be letting anybody down. Besides, I can't think of any tracks he's produced for Nas that I didn't like. They're a good combo.

ok, so it mightnt turn out to be an all time classic, but i cannot possibly see how an entire record produced by primo first off all cant be anything other than at least solid, and we all know nas's problems over the years have mainly been a lack of dope beats.
this has quality written all over it.

yeah but theres shadyness surrounding dre, you dont know if it him that really produced shit or was it the DOC or was it Daz or was it Mel-man. i would say dre put his name on a lot of beats that he didnt make which makes it seem like he never fell off. although i agree with liking all of nas and premier's collabos

Yeah. Exactly.
As long as Nas doesn't stray from the formula and get Kanye or The Neptunes to chip in a couple tracks. Not that I don't like their beats, but consistency is vital here.

Yeah, Dre sometimes used to add a couple of snares and claps or background noise to an already complete beat, but he's still the man. Like, I know that Scott Storch handed him a finished beat for Still D.R.E. and he just re-did the drumtrack and threw in some little personal touches and called it a wrap, but you can't discredit him entirely. I mean, essentially it's no different than a rock producer doing nothing more than providing a band with direction and taking credit as the mastermind behind it all. Only, in this case, Dre actually is more hands on. I don't see Daz or Mel Man, Cold 187 Um or any of these other producers that claim Dre took credit for their work making hits or classics without Dre's input. It kinda diminishes the integrity of their stories.

Good point(even Scott Storch ). But it's Primo, this cat been doing music for years(late 80's-early 90's) and some of his more recent stuff (at least dating to 1999 "Nas Is Like") has been just a killer. I do believe this LP will bring the heat, espically since Nas seems to be now stepping his game up with all the hype recently on the marriage, the show with Jay-Z(which would make a great song) and his free agency'. This should blow away, better then Be (Kanye/Common) maybe.....maybe

i remember a quote from LL a few years ago saying there are very few PRODUCERS in hip-hop, but lots of BEAT-MAKERS.
i think this sums up dre. we all know by now, he doesnt do half the work on the tracks physically, but what i think he does is design the track/record....tells the mc/singer what they should be doing...works on the layout etc....

i thought it was well established that NAS spent like 2million on a neptunes beat a few months ago...it was a big ass bidding war for it. Busta commented on how it was gonna OWN once it hit the airwaves.
it's to be included on his upcoming album.
Gmile? can you confirm?

Check Premier's track record.
He made B.E.P listenable.
He made M.O.P better.
His beat is the first track proper on arguably the finest hip-hop album of the 90's.
Kick in the Door owns.
And Crack Commandments.
And Unbelievable.
Wrath of the Math would be nothing without him.
Some dude named Jay-Z dropped some of his finest work with Premier.
Oh shit, he's in Gangstarr too.
