ever been scared?

so it's pretty late. i'm sitting here enjoying my cereal, i hear this noise behind me. i chose to look and find nothing there, i turn back to the computer and i start hearing the noise more and more, needless to say the teenage mind jumped to conclusions and i became paranoid. i turned around and to my horror i found my dog ( sammie ) staring at me. you'd think i would have felt relieved to know it was the dog, but then he kept staring at me. it was fucked to say the least.

anybody have any useless " i turned around AND THERE IT WAS " stories?

in the house i used to live in, i used to do a bit of 'cultivation'.
one night, i was in the street that ran along the side of my house, checking out my mates new car. i was leaning against my side fence, and i heard some leaves crunching. i turned around, and in my backyard were 2 of the biggest baddest mofos i had ever seen. one says, 'u live here?', and i said 'yeah,' and he whips out a pistol and puts it right in my face. like literally touching my cheek. i have been a competitive pistol shooter for years. and reconised it as a Sig 9mm. (in fact i owned 1 identical to it!). nothing to fuck around with. he says 'move u get shot, scream u get shot!' i took the chance and legged it. like pow, im outta there. it was just like the cartoons where the person runs away so fast that all is left is a cloud of dust in the shape of that person. i ran around the corner and called some heavies, and they were around within minutes. they gunmen had left, hadnt even tried going into my house! (which was open).

i moved out that night. that was easily the biggest shit your pants moment of my life.

Not as scary as the gun to the face but related to the first story, my cat does the same. I always have my music on while I'm sat at the computer and I'm often home alone all the time, I forget about the cat and all of a sudden it'll jump up onto my back and use it claws to land without slipping. It always gives me the fright of my life. He has it's ways of telling he wants feeding for sure.

When I was 13 I was mugged with by these to twats who threaten to cut off my foot if I didn't give them my money. It was spending money day and I wanted the £3.00 more than my foot for a while, then common sense accured to me and I realised I should give up my spending money :( Took me a couple of years to walk under that subway again.

If I took a pic of the up armored suburban I was driving in, you would see what scared is. There's a spiderweb on the driver's side window right where my head was. It would have gotten my eye if it weren't for bulletproof glass.

That's only one of my adventures though. There's alot more than that too.
