It's hard to say now because most surgeons are now putting the implant under muscle instead of on top and so the boobs come out much smoother and it hides the definition of the bag. I'm guessing based on her frame and the way she's showcasing them like thier really something special. I was a D cup as a teenager and really most of the girls I knew that were like me, weren't really flaunting them all crazy like that. The again I wasn't a teenage whore. But I think When they are real you have nothing to prove. But when you paid 5k+ per boob well then you really want people to notice them. ;)
