Condoleeezazaza Rice probably wouldn't make a much better president than George W. It would be interesting to see the world dominated by something other than middle-aged white men, though. The PMS argument is quite stupid. How about having a president that makes rational decisions based on something else than feelings (or a hunger for profit)?
