zzzzzzzzzzzz.............i want a refund. ;)

actually, i do like the idea behind the trance sort of mix, but for me the vox and the mix don't gel so swell. the vox have too much energy in the delivery and the mix is sedate. now maybe, if you'd pitch shifted the pella way down and deep housed it, that would have been cool.

don't hate me for it. it's well done but overmarketed. :)

I have a hunch you didnt like my tag line ....maybe it wasnt the best idea to guarantee it because it sets the stage for an obvious reply like yours...

but you know what pitch shifting the vocals is not such a good idea either

the reason why i garanteed it is cause i think its mad dope and better than the original and many have emailed me and told me that they love to hear this in their ipod or car
and thats a pretty nice compliment

when i have some free time ill check out your stuff

It's not that I didn't like it, for me it was about how well the mix meshed with the acapella track. It was a good mix. Just a style thing for me, but what the fuck do I know. Just my opinion.

As for my brouhaha...you're right, the whole thing was done in garageband. and the loops are stock. So what? Do you think a bunch of 8 bar loops just arrange themselves in a cohesive and creative manner? I've never claimed anything I've remixed has me playing live, although i'm certainly capable of doing so if I want to.

Did people enjoy it? So what's the problem?

hey man hope i wasnt discouraging you. I was just keeping it real. believe me i use mad loops. So I agree loops are like paint. But theres nice paint and then theres wack paint. Maybe you should try to sample some loops on your own or whatever. And you are welcome to your opinion. Just like me and some other people didnt like your brouhaha remix at all.

;)
