Miss Pies Pie
175g Flakey Pastry
5 or 6 Eggs
3 Pieces of Bacon
Salt/Pepper
Onion
To make:
Roll out half the pastry and line an enamil or tin pie dish.
Cover with several pieces of bacon (cut into thin pieces).
Break in 5 or 6 Eggs.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grated onion.
Cover with other half of pastry.
Bake at 200 degrees celcius (400 degrees f) for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Make it and tell me how damn good it is...
