400g Belgian Chocolate roughly chopped
400ml carton custard
300ml cream
(Yes...that's all you need!)
To make:
Place 300g of the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
Leave until the chocolate has melted, the set aside to cool.
Stir the custard and cream into the melted chocolate.
Stir in the remaining chopped chocolate .
Pour into a metal pot (not a non-stick one!), cover and freeze for two hours, until setting around the edge.
Scrape into a bowl and beat with electric beaters until smooth.
Pour back into a clean metal pot, cover and freeze until firm.
How good is that? You tell me...
