PASTA ALLA CARBONARA (validated by personal contact in Rome)
The pasta should be "bucatini", which are spaghetti with a hole inside, place them in boiling water with salt in it;
beacon peieces must be in cubes: place it a pot, over the fire, with butter in it, a little;
then in a salad bowl one or two eggs, wit a little of salt and pepper, shake it;
take the cooked beacon, and put it into the salad bowl as well;
when pasta is boiled, take them out form the water imedialty putting them into the salad bowl, they must be still hottest!
on top, a bit of parmigiano cheese, or pecorino cheese

enjoy!
