View Full Version : I think I interact with my cat

more than I do with any actual person.

Right now she is sitting on my lap with her head on my chest and her arm on my shoulder. I continually rub her head with my chin and say in my weird pet voice "I luv youu". I also always sing songs to her and use her name instead of like half the words...I was singing Sweet Caroline but I went "Sweet Penelope - Good times never seemed so Penny!"

Anybody else know what I'm sayin here? .....anybody?

OHhhh yeaaaa. When Im in awkward situatiuons I just yell out my dogs name and sing songs about her smell.
Example.
midnight smells like potatoes

or

midnight smells like turnips

Its not always veggies but they seem to be the first thing that crop up in ym mind. ANnnnd I'm crazy so that helps I suppose. (y)

My cat is going on...14 years now?? And she's in great health.

But knowing she'll be gone someday is extremely weird. I mean, I'm 22, I've had her for most of my life.

There was a cat that lived next door that was older than me - lived until 25 years old - he died last year. I'm 25 now but damn that was an old cat. Look like one of those war vets of two world wars.

The family cat (I don't want to say mine) is about 9 years old now. Lazy fucker but the prettiest cat you'll ever see and I have ever seen outside the movies!

totally, i'm the only one my cat will come to when it's hungry, he can sit a certain way and i'll know he wants out or food or just a pat on the head. it's rediculous.
