i think i have mild ADHD. because of the fact that i can't force myself to sit sitll for very long, or fall asleep without rolling over a set amount of times, and the lack of concentrationthat i have, and other things like that...

but nothing thats serious...




ps: good timing on king of pop's part, but don't you no longer live in neverland?

ADD is commonly misdiagnosed. A lot of people have problems with attention, it's just when it impacts you so much that you can't concentrate to take notes, listen to instructions, and constantly get in trouble for not being able to follow simple tasks that were told to you, that it becomes a problem.

well yeah, that's sort of what i mean. i don't think its anything thats serious, but its definetly not completely average either.

i mean, anytime i even attempt to study, my mind refuses becayse it tells me "i've seen this material allready, so i know it allready" when in fact i reallydont know it well enough to recite it back for testing purposes. hence the reason why i am a horrible test taker

I have no attention span and no concentration. I don't know if it's a medical condition but it's getting in the way of things.

I think for the most part I've gotten over my ADD, or been able to deal with it. It still gets in the way of things, like if someone starts talking to me, I'll concentrate on the fact I'm being talked to and not the actual words. I almost always have to ask "what?" even if I heard them. :-/

It used to be much, much worse. I just can't take ADD medication because it either acts like speed, or it makes me concentrate on shit I shouldn't be. It can't make me WANT to do my work. So if I'm still in the "I don't want to do this shit," state of mind, I'll just concentrate much better on my game of backgammon or whatever.

Well, it's a personality disorder if it's social anxiety. Like if you don't go out because you're afraid of people.
