I was going to attempt to use the "inspector gadget" theme tune, cut it up and loop some, and mix it with some beastie boys. I had never used any music making/editing software. I got a hold of a few things but couldnt really understand them so instead I just played them both at the same time in audacity and faded out the end of the beastie boys vocals when the theme tune stoped.

whoa that wuz weird....

begin criticism/ maybe you should take out the part where it's like "inspector gadget" cuz i think it clashes with the beasties too much. and about half-way thru it sounds a little bit off. /end criticism

Yeah, as I said "this shouldnt be taken seriously". This is, in no way, my attempt at making a good mash up. I just draged both songs into audacity and cut off the end of the beasties (i did no editing what so ever, didnt even alter the start times of the tracks) and was amazed at how much it actually did sync up (although, yes, alot is not sync'd up. Thats to be expected).

I now also feel that any real mash up I attempt I make will not be as good as this one :) I've peaked

It should take you to another page. You scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "free" button. Then wait a few seconds and a link should appear on the page

Lame. Numbs (http://cdbaby.com/cd/nump) new cd had a much better use of the theme tune than I did. Preview here (http://cdbaby.com/mp3lofi/nump-04.m3u)
