No, I think they could coincide. I personally believe couples should only have 2 children because those children will take their spot in the population once they die, so it's not really positive growth for the population.

After 2 children, both parents have mandatory sterilization. 4 people is enough for a happy family, so they shouldn't complain. Unless they're the types that think they're doing God's work by overpopulating the planet and depleting resources, in which they will complain. But that's how shit works in China, and it seems to work out well for them.

Timmie: Is this person who is doing the trek someone you know? I have friends that do walks and bike rides for various diseases and they have these kinds of websites, but they usually explain that none of the money will be paying for their expenses.

I can't tell from the webpage whether money donated will go to the charity or whether some of it will go to pay for the trip to Peru. Do you know? Can you really do a trip to Peru for only 400 pounds?
