US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has admitted that terror suspects are flown abroad for interrogation, but denied they were tortured. She said suspects were moved by plane under a process known as rendition, and that this was "a lawful weapon".
OK. She admitted what a lot of people have been saying for a long time. Yet she said it isn't for torture.
This led to someone asking the the question -
"Could Ms Rice please explain, if these people are not being tortured, what is it that is being done to them that cannot legally be done to them in America?
When this question is asked of her in public, her reaction should be telling.
