2) Clicked on "Display Modes", choosen "Switch to hybrid mode"
3) Then the error incurres
4) After klicking the back button in the browser there was also an "Memory exhausted" error

took a brief look and it seems to be some kind of problem viewing large threads such as the family album thread you tried when on hybrid mode. the reason for that is that hybrid thread mode will list all replies as one big list so my first thought is that the server denies requests that are too big too handle to avoid overflow. but you can still view it in linnear obviously.

yeah sure, i anyway like linear mode more :)

but it wouldn't be bad if the forum works correctly, not?

just a hint: you can avoid "Memory exhausted" errors, increasing the memory_limit directive (http://php.net/ini.core#ini.sect.resource-limits) in php.ini.

ok, but in fact there is a bug: the "feature" (hybrid display mode) which doesn't work on large thread's.

i agree with you, it's not very bad.
