Well it's easy enough! It does bite up your CPU usage a fair bit though with objectdock so if your pc's slow to begin with then don't bother.

how do you get double row start bar then?...
you right click the start bar and uncheck "Lock the Taskbar". then you just place your mouse by the edge of the start bar and click and drag. this also lets you move the start bar to wherever on the screen you want. (y)
