aaahhh, college. Without you, I may have been able to enjoy my past weekend instead of writing 13 pages on Homosexuality and Policies in Nazi Germany, plus another 8 pages of Bulgaria and Serbia in the Holocaust.

After I finish that last paper, it's 4 more finals and I'm fuckin' DONE!

...till next semester :(

Zorra: how many more years of school do you have?

Is it strange to have Christmas in the summer time? I guess it's all you people know.

yeah its all we know lol
i always felt sorry for the guys that had to dress as santa
santa's costume isn't good summer wear
and we have like fake snow and stuff which also makes me laugh. put fake snow on your plastic tree so it looks like an xmas tree from the northern hemisphere.
(y)
also the whole "xmas food" thing is very wintery. roasts and puddings. hence why so many aussies do the seafood thing.

^^ Is your fake tree still a pine tree? Do you have pine trees?

I used to feel really bad for people (including my cousins in California) who didn't have snow at Christmas. I'm beginning to see the appeal of living somewhere warm.

We still have pine trees for christmas. And christmas in summer is awesome, especially considering we dont get snow in winter anyway so if it was in winter it'd just be rain and horrible stuff (n)

Hey Zorra, I was going to sms you on your birthday on behalf of the board, but I didnt check the board for like 5 days, and by the time I checked, I saw your birthday thread, but 'twas 3 days after your birthday. So yes...hope it was good (y)

PS Which nintendo console?

Stealing children's presents is a fine and dignified passtime no matter the season. Either I'm wearing sunglasses, or a balaclava. It's all good.

You should feel for the folks in California. Take me for instance, transplanted from Wisconsin. No beautiful snowflakes lazily falling out the window as I'm wrapping my Christmas presents sucks! (n) We just got our tree, it's actually a gift from my friend's parents xmas tree farm in Oregon. (y)

Holy crap! HI ZORRA, you hottie! *waves* :D

despite what rancid beasties said, i've never met a person with a real pine tree in their house, although yes they do exist here.

when i was a kid we used to chop a branch off a gum tree and use that.

our fake tree doesn't resemble a pine tree, or any tree really. but most of them do.

I guess it is because you guys are from WA, and dont get enough rain and stuff for many european style trees. We usually get a pine tree every year, and most people i know do aswell. However, we also have a fake tree in case we dont get our act together to buy a real one.
