So, the state of California requires all managers to complete 2 hours of sexual harassment training by 1/1/06. Normally, I would just go to the answers, but the damn training is "timing" me to make sure I take 2 hours.
What's funny is the pictures. There is a guy who's hitting on a woman, so they show a guy making a camera lens with his hands.
Or, the office clown is a jokester who sometimes crosses the line to off color jokes. The picture is a guy with a smiley face in his zipper.
I'm dying here folks.
harrasment training is always pretty funny. doing it in a group is always the best.

Dandy, there's not much to tell other than I'm coming here during the online training so I can be sure to use two hours. I'm about 1 hour into it.
Oh, and the courts have made two decisions that hold companies liable for harassment. So this training is CYA.

I somehow escaped the sexual harassment training at my job. I was supposed to go in my first year of employment and eventually it was just too embarrassing to admit that I didn't go.
I went to diversity training at my prior job. My employer was big, and I somehow didn't get put into classes with the other lawyers and wound up with people I barely knew, but they all knew each other. There was a guy who was so obviously gay but in the closet in my small group, and another homophobe going on about how he would not work with a gay man. So I got into a big fight with the homophobe. And the whole time I was dying to point out that he WAS working with a gay person. And then later in the day, they read real but anonymous fact scenarios from our workplace to the larger group, including one from a gay man who said that he had lots of friends at work but he knew that none of them would ask him to lunch again if they knew he was gay. The gay guy in my group told me it was him and I was like, "really?" I don't think he ever came out at work. (and for the next two years that I worked there, whenever I ran into the homophobe in the hall, he studiously avoided my gaze.)
They also showed us photos of pairs of people and asked which we were more frightened of. It was obvious which you were supposed to pick so I kept picking the wrong one: I picked the old white lady instead of the hispanic young man wearing a bandana, and the smiling Asian girl instead of the grimacing, poorly-dressed black man. The class leaders were consultants hired for these classes. They asked why I didn't pick the hispanic guy and I said because I assumed he was an undercover cop, etc. The consultants hated my guts.
Tangent: Why is harassment spelled with one r and embarrassment with two?

I'm already pretty good at sexual harassment. I doubt I would need any training.

No not you. You haven't had the training, apparently.
Although, maybe you are just naturally gifted, who knows?
