i have terrible posture

its really awefull. i slouch like crazy. my back always hurts and i think maybe thats why. and it makes me look bad. like a sad hurt kitty that got rained on. but it is fucking hard to sit up straight.im trying right now and it's haaard. grrr! and my back hurts. someone come rub my back. and while you're at it, pick my up by the elbows and shake me violently.

im trying right now. it takes conscious effort. i guess if i make myself do it a little at the time it will get better

That's the horrible thing about working/studying in I.T., sitting at the computer a shitload...fucks up your posture if you don't sit at it properly. I'm all ova the place atm.. Not too good for my back I admit (n) Though, im getting a new comp. chair for xmas... :p
