Given recent revelations, perhaps Betty (if that's her real name) was paid by Rummy's boys for a positive comment. I hope she got as much as Armstrong Williams. Hell, for $240,000 I'd say I love the US and Bush too!

Really? You'd sell your soul for that much?

Don't impose your dogma on me.
I'd cross my fingers whilst saying it so it wouldn't count!

Oh, I'm sorry, I meant your brain and your "conscience?" (do you have one of those, since it's usually related to some kind of spirit?)
BTW, crossing one's fingers is not the UNIVERSALLY accepted sign of "just kidding." You'd be stuck with it, once it happened, IMO.

Wow, what a difference a little beard trim does saddam (http://www.glossynews.com/artman/uploads/al_gore_attempting_to_appeal_to_bearded_iraqis.jpg ), this may sway some in his next court appearance.

A-ha! I would throw in the towel and start supporting our efforts in Iraq because of this alleged "Betty", except that I read this (http://www.usatoday.com/news/washington/2005-12-14-pentagon-pr_x.htm?POE=NEWISVA) in USA Today.
I don't usually read USA Today, but what's a gal to do when someone leaves it in the only vacant booth at Brueggers?

Meaning downtown Baghdad. What the quote actually meant was "let them come here and see how shit he has made it."

No, I think she's actually referring to Iraq, what with all the fire-bombings and nightly house raids. "If you don't like what he's done, then come over here and dodge bullets yourself!" Sounds good!
