I wish I remember HIM in this rather than just the scene, but:

At the very beginning of WARGAMES, he's the soldier who refuses to push the button.

More trivia: Michael Madsen (Reservoir Dogs, et al) is the soldier who pulls the gun on him and commands him to hit the button. Or so I've read.
