I used to work nights. I was always a night owl (still am apparently) but it was different when I HAD to stay up all night.

The hardest time was in the summer, because as soon as I got to sleep, all the freaks in the neighborhood would start mowing their lawns.

What are you going to do on your days/nights off? Are you going to try and keep the same schedule or are you going to try and sleep at night?

Yeah, I hate working nights. You have to go a full day without sleep to get back in the mix.

I was a security guard; what about youse guys?

I was in the glamourous world of telemarketing for a cable shopping channel when that industry was taking off. In the middle of the night, my clientele was crazy perverts, small children with mom's credit card, and people in Hawaii. Near the end of my shift, the New Yorkers would wake up and then things would really get moving. Many of my co-workers were INSANE.

We used to get off work at 7:30 a.m. and try to find a bar that opened at 8 a.m. My body never got used to eating dinner in the middle of the night, but I could handle the drinking in the morning.

Ha, ha. I used to rock up to subway at 6:00am and wait until they openend to eat dinner. People would be having orange juice and egg muffins and I would have two foot-long meatballs.

Can you tell us what you sold? Or is it against company policy?
