how do you sleep better?

ive found that i feel better rested when i sleep with the bf, even if we only get a few hrs of sleep. it's like.. quality sleep. he says he feels that too. so i wonder if most people who sleep with others also feel this, or is it just a few weirdos that like having a warm cuddley to wrap around.

We were just talking about this in the office today. How its nice to fall asleep with someone but how you wish they would magicially disappear in the middle of the night because its awesome to wake up in a huge bed alone.

i am with my bf for 8 years so,,i could'nt sleep without him (almost)and its the same for him ,I like to spoon and i like to loose myself in is arms and find hidden treasure!! :D !But its happen that we dont sleep togethers (travel,works) ,and its feel good too to have a bed by yourself too .

me too, the tinnitus that will make me go def at a rather young age gets real bothersome if i dont have a distracting noise. I use the tick/tock of a clock on the wall.

i get to sleep with a bf in the bed. i am usually happier and feel safe. also i don't have thoughts running through my head as much when i'm with someone as opposed to alone.

but then i wake up too early and cant get back to sleep with someone in the bed.

so i sleep better alone i guess.
i also like sleeping with a fan on, but its not essential.

Me too, I can't stand noises or light when I'm trying to get to sleep. Even the sound of a cricket outside, the tick tock of a clock, or even the lights on my mobile piss me off and I can't sleep until it's completely silent!

i started the whole sleeping with the fan on thing becuase it drowns out all the shit like the dogs breathing and people fighting in the streets. i could hear the dogs breathing all the way on the first floor. it drove me insane. white noise it also very soothing to me. i also use to have a fishtank. that was very nice too. babbling water (y)

i usually fall asleep listening to cd's (bboys of course) and i set my alarm to wake me up to them... it's quite a pleasant way to start a day (Y)

i set my alarm clock to the classic rock station. the station plays a zeppelin track at every top of the hour. i wake up the led zepp every day. (y)

cuddlin with ben. my preffered thing to wear is a tshirt(no bra) and panties. heh, when i sleep at home or in my own room i wear a bra and pants because i dont want my family or roommate or whoever to see me without them. and ben has the nicest comforters, we each get one, and the nicest sheets, and its so nice to snuggle down and be all warm and wrapped up in his arms when its cold. im miss him over break :( i want cuddles and kisses. we sleep on the futon all spread out so theres plenty of room and its great i love it. sometimes i look foward to bed time cause i just get to lay there and snuggle. its my favorite part of most days, hehe. how sad is that.

yeah from when i started wearing bras to when i started sleeping with ben in octobor probably i always wore a bra to sleep in. i wore one all the time except for showers, heh. sometimes i still wear one depending on the situation casue he has a roommate but mostly i dont worry about it. funny i wont let my girl roommate see me without a bra or pants but i dont care if his boy roommate does. i mean, i dont walk around like that i get dressed under the covers if he's there when i wake up but hes seen me sometiems and i dont really mind.

very self conscious. i have very small boobies but very perky nipples.. i always wear slightly padded bras, just enough so that you cant see them not enough to make my boobs look bigger. but it feels soooo nice to sleep without them and then when hes holding me he can rub them some... mmmm
