Just wondering if is it possible to release a track with non-english rhymes in the US or play it on some hip-hop radios?

Panjabi MCs Beware of the Boys was foreign rap AND it was good.
Played it on MTV2 all the time. Even had a Jay-Z remix that was also good.

You should buy the World according to RZA, he went round Europe collaborating with people from France, Germany, Sweden, UK, its a great album.
