Idioteque, by miles.

I've always like Anyone Can Play Guitar and My Iron Lung.

This question is virtually impossible to answer definitively, but for now, I'll go with Climbing up the Walls.

Idioteque, by miles.

I've always like Anyone Can Play Guitar and My Iron Lung.

Exactly what I was going to say: Idioteque.

Followed by Paranoid Android, The National Anthem and Go To Sleep

Really so many great ones though.

Anything off their last 5 albums is a contender.

EDIT: Damn this is hard. True Love Waits is another great. Just so many great songs.

Idioteque is the only one that's really above the others though. It's indescribable.

Yeah Paranoid Android is pretty much untouchable. Idioteque really is, too. So are How to Disappear Completely, There There, and Knives Out. Shit I sure do love the hell out of Radiohead.

All of those songs were considered by me.

Optimistic is another great one. Morning Bell, In Limbo, Everything... you just can't fuck with Kid A. It's on another level.

I need to listen to it again, it's been a while.

Ditto with Paul's Boutique. I've been 'expanding my horizons' as it were, but if I go too long without listening to Paul's, I could die.

Live video of SNL performance of Idioteque.

Maybe someone can tell me what the hell he's doing with all of those plugs and wires. Looks like an old time telephone operator.

Well, start with OK Computer would be the standard answer.

Can't really go wrong with that. Or any Radiohead for that matter.

I asked because, often times good introductory songs would differ from people's personal favourites, or the artist's best songs for that matter.

Radiohead kind of has 3 phases though, which makes it hard to reccomend anything.

Their early stuff is mostly acoustic/softer, their middle stuff is more rock-oriented and their later stuff more experimental.

Buy OK Computer (so said above).

I wouldn't download random Radiohead songs because they're better in context.
