Hello fellow human,

We are having a screening of “AWESOME; I FUCKIN’ SHOT THAT!” for the camera operators. Remember? You were there on October 9, 2004 and you frickin' shot it. Now please be the first to see what you done shot.

Hörnblowér has finished my first feature film, and I'm calling it “AWESOME; I FUCKIN’ SHOT THAT!” even though you shot it. And it is going to be released in theaters by THINKFilm in March.

But before that, I want you, the viewer, to see it, ‘cause, I love it, and, maybe, you will too, ‘cause, you shot it, so we, have this, special thing, together, don't we?

Think a year back.. do you still have the same e'mail addy? Check your junk folder.

Only two of us out of 37 or 38 have replied that we got a message. Maybe they didn't send them all at once for some reason.

And am I the only one that remember like thirty-something camera's that nite but all the write ups keep saying 50.

I think he may have meant if it will be shown in the UK ... It will be released here in late March. I'm sure it will be in the newletter when it comes closer to the release.

I so needed this news after the week that I had. I was shaking and crying as I read it.

That's a real class move.

I hope that all who were involved get the invite eventually. I too have been amazed by the mention of 50 fans, but I figure they're adding friends or other helpers to the 30 or so fans.

I received my message through regular e-mail. Maybe they're sending everyone's invites out at different times. I'm sure you guys will get it eventually. If not I'd PM minton like he said. It would be nice if all of the people who filmed could make it to the screening.
I have also thought about them saying 50 fans, I don't remember that many either. Like what was mentioned earlier, it could be that they had other friends filming it also and included them. There were people filming backstage also, so they might have been added in. Very cool though. Very nice of them to allow the fans to be part of this.

Got my invite today. I know I don't actively post on these boards, but I lurk like a mofo. Just wanted to say hello to cjhood and young remmy and everyone else that fuckin shot that with me. I know we all had a great time and filmed some real fire. I look forward to seeing everyone again and plan on wearing another really loud shirt.

Hey guys. I just got a call from t hat guy John who spoke to us before the shoot and ran the whole thing. Asked for my e-mail address so he could send me something. Maybe some other will get phone calls as he said they couldn't read some people's e-mail address's on their application. Does any one know where the screening is going to be in NYC?

I recieved my email and unfortunately I can't make it!!! I have a friend's wedding to attend, unless my bf and I break up -- which is a very strong possibility -- then I'll be free that night :)

But they said I might be able to attend another one... we'll see.

I remember Jaimie saying that had some trouble with the audio on that during the actual show...which is evident in the bootleg. I can't remember if he said the master audio was affected or not.

They may have just edited the fucked up audio portions out if that's the case.

That too, but I meant the premier for the fans. Like in skate vids, and The Boys give a little speech, and then crowd goes "YEEEAAAHH!" and "OOOOOOOOH!" through the film. It's a neat trick.

It isn't a movie premiere with celebrities and the press. It's a simple screening for fans. My guess is you can wear whatever you want.

from the looks of the venue, there's a good possibility of there being some sort of party after the screening.
There's 2 theaters, 2 lounges and a dining area.

I don't really know much about the differences between film festivals, but I was just randomly thinking ahead...do you think itll make the Cannes one? I was trying to remember the other well known festival I'd heard of and taht was it :)
