ok, fine. the first song released by the flaming lips for their new album, "Mr. Ambulance Driver" which appeared on the Wedding Crashers soundtrack and has a video on MTV (and which you can see on their website), is kind of poo.

I'm glad the rest of the planet is catching on that the Lips are just a tad bit over-hyped.

I like them, they're one of the only good bands from my hometown and I've been into them since their Boombox Experiment days....but I would never put them on the level brilliance that everyone else has ever since Yoshimi came out.
