Again, but last year the fireworks were really bad, so this year they are hiring a better firework company. Yay!

Well, I'm going to a mascarade party. And, I was informed tonight that I'm being set up with one of my friend's boyfriend's friend...if that makes sense. Basically, they're trying to hook me up with the dude that can't get a date and feels the need to have one at a New Year's Eve party. Heaven forbid someone go solo and be forced to mingle and meet someone there. When I asked if he was hot and what he was like...their answer was that they thought we'd be "cute" together. What the hell does that mean? I mean, what a coencidence...the man of my dreams so happens to be going to the same party as me and so happens to be single and needs a date because he can't find one on his own...he has to be set up. This could be interesting though...if he's a loser...I get drunk, ditch him, and hurt his feelings. If he's hot and sexy...I go with the flow and see what happens.
