couldnt you just buy string, in those colors yellow green and red and sew the white over with the new string. would it be possible ? or would the fabric be to hard to get the pin in ?

I think it would be tough. Unless you have some experience with needle and thread I wouldn't attempt it.

The main issue is why would you want to buy Adidas Rasta Hemp.

Instead of vicariously buying into a corporate appropriation of a religious belief system and trying to appropriate for yourself the cultural associations of that belief without having to do anything to warrant or deserve it (much in the way people buy buddha statuettes and think they must be spiritual in some way) why don't you buy fair trade trainers.

Its real, its genuine, its not fake and it's directing the money to the people who really need it and it redistributes the wealth.
