I got the news letter on 7th November 2005 and it said solid gold vintage Tees availabe. So I ordered one striaght away(the Robot T). I live in uk UK so it said up to 6 weeks delivery. I still haven't recieved it and was wondering if anyone else has had problems ordering things from the online shop. I have mailed them 3 times and have not had any response. I paid using paypal and my account shows this. Any ideas people I want the T-shirt. :mad:

I got a hoodie for christmas and it got stuck at the duty for 8
days in Germany. Perhaps yours is somewhere at the English
duty (is duty correct?). :(

I waited three weeks for my hoodie to come to oxford and had to pay almost £8 import tax. The post office said the sender had not paid enough postage but the bb shop would not pay me back my £8 :( I was less than impressed! It will eventually come to your door but you'll have to go to the post depot to pay the extra postage :mad:

Most stuff you buy from USA does not have tax on it! remember here in the UK! we buy stuff which already has tax on it! so, what you see is what you get here!

But as for America you do have to pay the tax! its the norm!...

Same with me. I had to pay € 9,90 import tax, because it didn't say what was in the package. But I had to pay it to the postman. I at least didn't have to get it from the post office...

i've ordered two products off the store before (the blue t, black hat) the hat came very quickly.. only 1/2 weeks..

i have nothing bad to say :p

ive ordered a LTI hoodie on Xmas day, im hoping it comes soon. the tracking info hasnt even been updated yet.

don't bother with the tracking thing with the packages, i found it didn't work at all for the full three weeks it took to arrive :(

i ordered the hoodie on christmas eve.

recieved the package today, opened it up to see the blue sweater. :mad: :(

even the receipt/print-out that came with the jumper says "HOODED SWEATSHIRT" but on the actual package wrapping; it just says "sweatshirt".

first mix up with the store.

Just though I post an update. Sadly its not good news. I've sent 5 emails to the online store now and none of them have been replied to. So I thought I would try and claim my money back from paypal. This didn't work as you only have 45 day and I had given them the benefit of the doubt thinking it would turn up and it was over christmas. They ask you to give them 2 -6 weeks for UK delivery but giving them 6 week = 42 days so you have to be quick to claim your money back. If anything does turn up I'll let you know. :mad:

i still haven't recieved any update about my jumper either. i'm only worried because the jumper i have is cheaper than what i (my mum's credit card to be exact) paid for.

I agree they need at least one person that can answer an email be it good or bad news. I just can't understand why they would ignore all my mails.

I had a simular problem with the foo fighters store & ended up having to spam the board hence my nice approach at first to get a result! This maybe confirms my worst fears again. If any mod or admin out there would be willing to help another UK fan out that would be great ;)

I've forwarded issues onto the store manager - but haven't heard anything back. It's been a while. I'll chase it up yet again when I get home though, this sucks...

If i want to change it looks like i'll have to keep it & order what i wanted, or chance sending it back with 6 dollars before paypal can get me my money back for me in under 31 days of the order.

A 4th email has gone to them today here's hoping for a reply :confused:

Sucks Donkeys mate! I think i'll just have to stick with what i got which is better than nothing at all i suppose :(

I think i'll be hard pushed to use the store again only due to lack of feedback (!)

Just a positive note to say i got what i finally wanted from the store, in the end none of my emails were answered so i decided to ring the store up spoke to someone there & got it sorted. The phone call might of cost me a fortune but got there eventually (y)
