I was amazed I didnt see a thread with this title already with the cynics ripping it apart and the trend jumpers gushing over it. So come on people whats the verdict on the album?

You don't have to be amazed anymore.

I got it yesterday, but haven't listened to it yet. I got the "limited edition deluxe edition" (not sure if there was any difference, there's no extra tracks or a DVD or anything, it just seemed to come in a snazzier package I guess, I'm a sucker for that type of stuff  ), but I love the "Juicebox" song and the artwork is pretty cool.

I'll find out soon enough...

Hmm, sounds great. Watching Le Mans so it's gonna have to wait.

Balance out the large ammount of Hip-Hop I've been getting lately.

Mmmm, rock has never tasted so good. Well maybe but it felt like a snazzy thing to say. Juicebox kinda reminds me of The Munsters theme song... kick ass album thus far.

Fantastic album. I'm not so sure about "Ask Me Anything," just because it seems to kind of wander and ramble both musically and lyrically. The whole thing is just so together and tight...really makes me glad to see these guys coming back to critical acclaim again.

They obviously have no taste whatsoever. Look at those last two album covers. Who told them those were good ideas? It's perplexing. And do people still like this band?

I'm still surprised 'bout "Juicebox", I think it's pretty cool tho.. but you gotta admit, the sound is so fucking different than the other 2 albums! Variation is a good thing tho ;)

Listened to it today...

I dunno, maybe more listens are required for it to grow on me, but it was kinda "same-y" and didn't grab me the way "Is This It?" or even "Room On Fire" (contrary to popular belief, this album is just fine... I don't get the naysayers who got uppity over this album) did. "Juicebox" is an awesome single, but the rest wasn't grabbing.

I'll try again some more...

Takes a few listens to really get into, but it's worth the wait.
