An eau de toilette has a lower aromatic compound percentage than a eau de parfum or perfume extract, which means it won't last as long on your skin. Eua de cologne has the lowest percentage. The less diluted the perfume oil is, the more expensive, generally. But the concentration level in perfume extract is a little too high for most people and can affect your skin in different ways.

mickill made that up. It's actually supposed to make you think of toilets, as in the flushable basin. And fucktopgirl is correct. It's Toilet water. That's why dogs like it.

You also used to wear a black belt with brown shoes, didn't you? Either way, no need to remind us of your Paleolithic-esque grooming habits.
Nuzzolese can always smell the bulldoodoo.

It's a reminder use one. People who ask such questions need reminders.
In Europe, it's eau de bidet for the ladies.

Indeed for two reasons; because men don't use bidets, and because Eau de toilette is an American phrase.
