I understand the idea of holes and why they are bad but can one of you computer guys explain to me what they are? Is there a gap in the code? Did someone forget to close a tag? Are there different kinds of holes?

its basically just a gap in the security

at some point in the coding they must have forgot something, or not included a part that will allow hackers to break into your system and do whatever they want
