Yah that was so funny, Adrock came from the side of the screen with that voice. I didn't even know that was him at first! I's crackin up pretty hard at that. :p

I can see why he wouldn't be as busy, he has 2 kids that are real young and a wife. Also he probably has yoga practices and other stuff. :p It makes sense that Adrock seems to be doing the most activities, because all he has is a girlfriend which is probably busy herself. I'm just guessin here, so I donno.
