How the crap does one get addicted to a sleeping pill? I only take ambien when I really can't sleep. It does work awesome but I don't see how you can get addicted to sleeping.

ambien is very addicting. also, very crazy when you dont fall asleep but youre under the influence of several ambiens.

yeah its a hypnotic effect and it is quite fun to take one and try not to sleep. I get like double vision and feel all good.... I do reccomend it, but for most people u will fall asleep within 30 minutes whereever u might be, kitchen, bed, toilet? who knows

I hate that " I'm so damn tired but i dont want to go to sleep yet" feeling. That is one of my most hated feelings ever.
