Sandinsta > Combat Rock.
"Ivan Meets GI Joe" is indeed a splendid song. I love that album so much. (y)

Sandinista's probably one of my favorite albums along with Super Black Market Clash. London Calling would be my LEAST. Vanilla Tapes are good, though.

Sandinista and Combat Rock are equally brilliant. They're both albums everyone should be forced to own.

Sandinista > Combat Rock
Sure, there's more filler, but the quality of the filler differs.

re: Sandinista!
How funny. After working here for a year + , I finally brought in Sandinista!. My co-worker (a guy a few years older than me, from France), got so excited and started off on how much he loves this album and London Calling. So now it's burned to my computer and, when it comes up, I have to turn it up so he can bop along with it, too. (y)
