and I finally tried it out. I already had the first one, which is just strip teases, but the second is the full body workout (no stripping).
I was like "yeah ok, I forgot my gym card and am home now, might as well try it." I didn't have high hopes and I kind of rolled my eyes at it.
And HOLY CRAP it beat the SHIT out of me! I love it. My abs hurt pretty bad already and I just finished about 15 minutes ago. Damn. I might start doing this dvd twice a week now if I am still sore tomorrow.

I think Crystal is only a fit stripper name if she changes the "C" to a "K."
Krystal. Yeah, I like that.
My sister does the excersice portion of the DVD. The excersices look like the ones that the fat ladies do at my gym during the group classes.
Im trying to convince her to get the Celebrity Fat Club DVDs because I bet that is probably better for you. And that Harvey looks like he gives a sexy lapdance.

I got a belly-dancer workout video thingie I've been meaning to try out - apparently belly dancing is good training for childbirth, or it originated as preparation for childbirth, or something like that. I can't remember, I'll have to ask my yoga teacher again. But yeah I should really start using that.
