THE NOTORIOUS ROFL probably already heard about this last Spring, but regular nobodies might care:

DJ Premier has announced that he is working with Lord Finesse on a third and final full-length album from the legendary fallen MC Big L. “His mother found a lot of reels in his closet, and she let Lord Finesse take everything,” Premier says. “He put all the a cappellas in Pro Tools, and we’re gonna put together one more album of unreleased stuff.”

This is some posthumous shit I can get with. As long as Eminem isn't invited to contribute and throw Obie Trice or D12 on a track with L.

I hope they keep Fat Joe off of that shit, too.

A track with Finnesse rhyming would be ill.

Good news. (y)

Posthumous albums suck..... Hip Hop Posthumous albums are fucking horrific. However Primo x Big L does sound good. I'll test the waters before I cop.

Yup, when I first saw this thread I thought please don't let Em get involved, he has done some serious damage to the Biggie/Tupac legacy. Saw the 'new' Biggie video the other day as well, half the people on the song never even knew the guy.

Did you hear 'The Club' off the first Piece Maker album? That was pretty solid.

Touch album so hot, comes with a portable fan.

That was Big Lurch from Cosmic Slop Shop.

Percee P is only better than Lord Finesse now. Now that Finesse fell off. Back in '90 or so, he wasn't touching Finesse.
