I'm off work today, so I went and got my hair done this morning and stopped at this little diner near my appartment to grab some lunch. I'm sittin by myself and kept noticeing this guy glanceing over at me, like he was checkin me out but didn't want to be obvious about it. I noticed this guy when I first got there. I was thinkin, "Damn, that guy's hot!" He had this little hip-hop look thing going on. Finally, I busted him lookin because we made total eye contact with one another. So, just messin with him I gave him a silly look and I could tell he got really embarrassed because he just smiled and kinda shook his head and turned away. Then, about a minute later he came to my table and asked if I knew where this place was. I'd never heard of it, so I told him I couldn't help him. Then...there's that ackward pause. So, I initiated the conversation because he was obviously kinda shy about the whole thing. Turns out he's a DJ in New York City and is in Atlanta for a couple of days visiting some people. He grew up in Brooklyn, but now lives with some friends in Manhattan. We are like total opposites in how we grew up. I felt kinda dumb because I had to keep asking him to repeat what he said. He had a strong ass accent. And he said that he thought my southern accent was cute. Awwww...just kidding. So, anyway, I'm starting to get a little crush on this guy and what happens when we finally leave...no phone number, nothing. I could tell he wanted to ask, but he kept beating around the bush about it. There were moments we were ackwardly staring at each other. I thought about just blurting it out and getting to the point, but, then again, I didn't want to look like the desperate aggressive one. I could tell he kinda felt the same way. Oh well...he lives too far anyway. But, that sucks...this guy really caught my attention.
There was blood in my stool this morning. I need to get back on the Aloe Vera juice.

Yeah, his name is Jason. And I'm trying to. I'm not familiar with New York, so I didn't really pay attention. Maybe, if you named some stuff it might ring a bell. He said that one of his roommates is also a DJ.
Wait...what he plays or where? Cause what he plays...I have no idea. I know nothing about that stuff.

no no...his DJ NAME...like, what he plays under (DJ Supercoolguy or whatever)....
and WHAT he plays (house, hip hop, DnB, etc.)
just sayin...i know alot of people in the scene, particularly in NY....and people who know other people...
so i might be able to find out who he is and such for you....particularly if he has slightly prominent name (getting booked in Atlanta tells me he's no slouch).

Yeah, I have actually. Infact, if I remember correctly it was under a thread you started a couple of months ago. It was titled where you, I think, asked for everyone to post one picture of themselves. I did three...one was of me with my ex and my brother, one was a picture of me with my sorority sisters, and one was of me during graduation. Ask Bob...he could probably tell ya...just teasin'.
And what is your deal with not believeing I am who I say I am? Hell, you said you talked to Aimee and Rob. And why would I lie? That would be retarded.

So far, I'm an alias that thinks she's "popular" and better than everybody else and a drama queen and now I'm conceded because I often talk about how guys hit on me. Seriously, brake out the evidence. People on here are always talking about how they've had all these crazy experiences with other girls/guys...when half the time it's obvious their full of it and totally exaggerateing. And one thing I can say is that I've never bullshited...not once. I don't have anything to hide and why would I on a message board, too. I mean...who cares.

Alright, I met this man, he's not just some guy, one night through some mutual friends. His friends knew some of my friends, etc...Well, he almost immediately started showing interest in me. Like, he got my number through one of my friends and started texting me.

In all actuality, I would have to look up his picture to really remember what exactly he looks like. I've seen it before scrolling through sure shots, but that's about it. Not really anymore to it. I remember him being somewhat attractive or at least descent looking...but, I don't even know the guy.

these kinds of threads remind me of when someone has worn out their friends with these kinds of stories, so the friends have declared a permanent "quiet time" for that person, so the bbmb is the next best place for these stories to erect themselves... then, they turn into something entirely different than the intended thread topic... the author disappears soon after... they slowly drag themselves into the thread boneyard awaiting the big purge...
