Grill Plates

Anyone have a good recommendation for a good non stick stove top grill plate? The one I have now gets all sorts of caked up with shit that its not even worth using anymore.

I'm talking some quality looking shit like Ming from Simply Ming uses or yes...even that cunt Rachel Ray uses.
