A friend sent the link, proposing we go to this place. A webcam?? Is this common at all?

Looks like the bartender just came in. I'm probably gonna have this on all day now. :p

A pub in Bangor had a webcam. Could use it to see if it was crowded or not. We could never be bothered though.

Yeah, could be handy I guess. I've just never seen that before...

When I worked downtown I had a "catcam" it was pretty popular. People have requested its return but now that I work out of the house.. nyet.

I also remember that the first time I checked out the Steely Dan web site I was amazed to see they had a webcam set up in their studio. This was like '99. I wonder if they still do.

Ah, the wonder of webcams.

I wish I had a bunny cam. That way I could check on my boys and make sure one isn't beating up his brothers.

I need pet health insurance.

And hello, by the way. I think you filmed me & my husband at the MSG show. Sorry I didn't talk to ya there... pardon my shyness. If I had known about the filming and that you were a boardmember I surely would have said hi. :o

I guess I'd also need some kind of speaker phone so I could call and shout at them if they were fighting.

"Stop biting your brother!" "Don't pee in my shoes!" Don't eat my guitar cable!"

Then they would know that mommy is omniscient, ever-present.

That's cool that you saw me! I was in section 9 or something if I remember correctly. I am not too familiar with MSG. It was on the floor behind the GA area.

That was such good times. I wish I had talked to more people in the group. Though I don't think any of the people that had cameras were super regular posters. Except maybe Young Remy. If he is who I think, he was hot!

Yep, you were like two seats over from me. :D I'm pretty sure that was you because later I looked at the list of cam operators, and somewhere you listed your seat.

I remember a guy behind us asking you "How is it that you're allowed to have a camera?" before the show but I didn't hear your answer. After the show hubby and I were chillin in our seats waiting for the people to clear out (we often do this rather than shuffle along in a herd) and I looked up and noticed you taping us. Then you taped another group that was sitting nearby. Then you turned the camera on yourself and said "I love you!" before (I think) turning it off. That made more sense after I came back to the board and saw what you had been up to. :p

Great show, eh??!! I can't wait to see the film.

Actually kind of funny that this is coming up in this bar webcam thread.. because I didn't know about the film project when I was dancing and carrying on like a teenager at that show. :o

Maybe I do remember you. Were you guys wearing funny costumes for the "pageant"? Its all sort of fuzzy because its been a long time now and I was sort of inebriated but I seem to remember some people ahead of me and the woman was wearing a catsuit-like outfit, form fitting and such and the guy was wearing a clown wig, I think.

Like I said, inebriated.

Hahahaha... no funny costumes. Blouse and jeans for me, hubby was basically dressed like Adrock's character in the Body Movin video sans the white belt... he was going to do that costume but couldn't find a belt, ended up wearing the rest of the outfit anyway... meh, I wouldn't expect ya to remember, necessarily. No memorable clown wigs or catsuits. :p

Yeah, that's why our friend wants to go there. Beer fanatic. The Winter Solstice thing they have on tap caught my eye. We'll probably go (I'm not saying when though :D)
