yeah whatever....we'll see what happens with the tissue rejection issue/problems they are having. 3 weeks from now it could be a big old mess. This procedure wasn't done purely out of vanity, the woman was mauled by her own dog.... pretty sad really.

However, I'm begining to wonder if in the future, plastic surgery will be so common that everyone will end up looking the same. that would be unfortunate.

Next stop, meals in pill form and pocketless v-neck sumpsuits. In the future you don't need loose change or keys because everything is thumb-print or retina-scan activated.

it's not like they're transferring another person's facial bone structure and cartilage, they're just taking the skin. sure it would be weird, but it'd just be like replacing the skin on your face. it's what's underneath that makes the features.

so everyone calm down.

yeah sure, you say that now....and carry on your merry way...

till one day, you're walking down the street and SEE SOMEONE THAT LOOKS JUST LIKE YOU!! THAT'S RIGHT...JUST LIKE YOU, WITH YOUR FACE! THEN WHAT?!!? HUH SARKY? THEN WHAT?!?!

well, they obviously didn't take my face, because I'd still have my face. I'd just be flattered probably, that God or a surgeon found it pleasing enough to duplicate.

I think you're describing the plot of Doppelganger with Drew Barrymore...which is weird because some people have said that I look like her. ahhhh! spooks.

hmm...so you're saying that you stole Drew Barrymore's face and had it surgically attached to your own?

hah! see!
it was only a matter of time, people!!

you should be ashamed.

Fat, drunk, and looking like Drew Barrymore is no way to go through life, Sarky.

Interesting concept... then people might actually be forced to pick their partners based on such wacky concepts as personality, shared interests, and income.

Okay, well maybe that last one isn't such a good thought, but the other two are... right?
