Need help figuring out this abstract Bush animation

I found this on Beck's new website (http://www.beck.com) yesterday in the "links" section:

I haven't been able to figure out what it means exactly. It's random so sometimes he gets stuck after just a few seconds, sometimes it takes a full minute or so (right click on it & choose "play" to replay the animation).

Any ideas?

Any ideas?

It's just a rip off of another flash "game" which is identical, but instead of Bush, it features a girl. There's a link to it elsewhere on the board.

I was going to ask how it could be a game, then I went back and while holding down the left mouse button I could drag Mr. B around. Thanks Ace.
