Hi there people, just a quick question reguarding the online store. I ordered solid gold hits combo online from the store last week then realised the dvd would be no good to me in the UK. So ive now emailed 3 times to change my order to the "licensed to ill" sweatshirt instead. But ive had no replies to my emails. Are they that busy or do these kind of things tend to take alot of time. Im not trying to spam the board up just a bit concerned thats all!

If you sent a message to them, it should have gone through and been read regardless of whether or not you got a reply...

That said, there appear to be a few problems with some people's orders and getting in touch with the store staff, so like I said in the other thread I've been in touch with them and I'm following it up...
