vegetarian pad thai with fresh tofu, lots of broccoli, no fish sauce no eggs no chicken (trust me you have to say all of this several times or else you'll get a nice chunk of bawk bawk in there) with plenty o' red hot curry paste. coconut soup on the side. mmmm.

No worries, I was 3/4 in the way out of a blackout in the making of this thread. Now I'm merely buzzing hard and heavy so I can answer appropiately.
Guy means chicken in thai and KaPow Guy is some sort of dish with chicken, red peppers, garlic, onions, & I suspect ginger is in the mix as well, in a sauce over Kow, which translates to rice.
KaDow means Sex...It's not on most menus. But if you find yourself in a bind in Thailand I might suggest The NoHands Restaurant. Use your imagination for that one
A great thai desert is sticky rice with mango

Yes, Pad Thai is my fave, no meat, extra tofu for me too. I like it spicey and sweet.

I like a nice salad with ginger dressing to start off.

Has anyone in the US or Can had KaPow? Someone I'm working with that is thai and has been to the US says you can't get the vegetables to make it there.

Ps Pad Thai is like going to a chinese restaurant and ordering fried rice
